Kindle Feeds helps you manage your Amazon Kindle reading list.
What Is Kindle Feeds?
The Kindle is a great way to read articles, but getting them
on there can be a pain. This service lets you manage a list of rss feeds
and/or web pages, which you can then download onto your Kindle using the built-in
wireless service.
How to use this service
- Go to My Reading List, and log in
with a Google account (see Why
does it ask for my password?). Your list will be empty at first.
- Drag one or both of the folowing links to your toolbar (the little
space under the url bar that sometimes contains things like "getting started"):
-
Add Kindle Feeds Feed. This will subscribe to a feed of the
current page, if one exists.
- Add Kindle Feeds (Static). This will add the current url to the list of
documents you get in your next feed.
Click on the bookmarklet when on a page you're interested in.
- Follow the instructions on The reading
list page to get the book on to your Kindle. The book will include
a link to download a new version of the book with all feed items since
your last visit.
